Dr. Morgan Meisheid
Veterinarian
Dr. Morgan joined our team in 2021 after graduating from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She is originally from a small town in Pennsylvania but decided to stay in Iowa after meeting her husband, Tyson, at Iowa State. In her free time, Dr. Morgan enjoys horseback riding, playing with her 3 dogs (Beauty, Piper, and Harris), and spending time outdoors with friends.
Dr. Morgan is our primary small animal veterinarian. She loves building relationships with the dogs and cats of our community and their wonderful owners!
Dr. Trevor Schwartz
Veterinarian
Dr. Schwartz grew up on a small swine and cattle farm near Gilbert, Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Dr. Schwartz practiced mixed animal medicine in Monticello, Iowa and swine medicine in Algona, Iowa, before joining Lake City Vet Clinic in 2015. In his free time, Dr. Schwartz enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Ashley, and their four children.
Dr. Schwartz is our primary large animal veterinarian, although he brings small animal expertise to our clinic as well. His favorite part of being a vet is the opportunity to be there for people, their pets, and their farm.
